I'll keep it simple;

We have built the foundations of 816 on 3 things:

• Our desire to serve you the best coffee you can have in its various forms.
• Our desire to change lives in poorer places through our everyday consumerism. See
• Our desire to use our gifts, products and resources to change our own local economy
and community.

We have a heart to see a better, brighter world and we believe this is done by changing little things - from where we source our materials and what is done with leftovers to developing our understanding that this world is a gift to us and is ours to look after, including the environment and our fragile economy.
